Adding files to VIV file:
NFS / VIV Wizard as I said is used to tune car's performance, its identity in game and finally compiling the FCE and TGA files to make one file useable by the game.

Open NFS Wizard.
I have included a sample empty viv file with this tutorial because NFS Wizard doesn't create a new file but u can edit an existing viv file.  Download the file HERE.

Now open the viv file by browsing where u saved the file.
When opened, u will see something like this.

Now Right Click inside the empty window and click on "Import
"

In the browsing dialog, find the car.fce file and add it. Similarly Import the Car00.tga file which is the texture file of car.fce. There are also other fce and tga files like car1.fce - car100.tga, car2.fce - car200.tga, car3.fce - car300.tga. The first fce is the stock car. Other fce and tga files are used in Career play when u upgrade your cars. In upgrade 1, car.fce and car00.tga us skipped and car1.fce and car100.tga is displayed and so on up to 3rd upgrade.

Now u need a Carp.txt file which will decide the performance of the in game. Its hard to create your own from scratch so I also attached a carp.txt file with this tutorial. We will edit this file to make the look realistic on road.
